About Little Bar

With the feel of a New England Style bar set in the middle of Los Angeles, Little Bar serves updeliciously creative cocktails, and touts 18 beer taps, predominantly employed with craft beers. There's always an interesting selection of bottle beers and an ever-changing wine selection, as well.

The jukebox has 1,000's of song selections that you can listen to while you play a game of darts on one of the two steel tip dart boards adorning the wall in the back.

Little Bar has also been featured on HBO and Showtime's "Entourage" and "Shameless" as well as getting a fabulous makeover on HGTV's "The Antonio Treatment".

The word must have gotten out that little bar is the place to be seen on Saturday night because people were crawling out of the woodwork looking for answer booklets and pens tonight. Barely able to contain all of the excited teams, people were precariously setting up their teams in front of the dart boards - as live darts were being thrown. Maybe a good way to dissuade the guy-who-always-tells-you-to-double-but-he-doesn't-ever-contribute-to-the-answers-and-you-always-get-one-wrong from coming back next week. One more wrong answer, buddy, and that dart is gonna nick your ear. I - and most of the teams, themselves - were shocked at how many people correctly identified the rap artists by their real first names which made our final round even more interesting as teams made up every possible category they could think of that one would win a Pulitzer Prize for. Such categories as "Cinematography", "Best New Pop Artist", "Gardening" and "Movie Reviews". As much as I would love to see a "Venom" review get nominated for a Pulitzer, safe to say that the last round didn't yield too many correct answers. Also stumping a lot of people this week? The little seen George Clooney/Steven Soderbergh film "Solaris" which was an answer in our Find the Connection Round. A lot of "Three Kings" and "Oceans 11" guesses but not quite sure which software either of those movies represents... personally, I would have gone with "The Fantastic Mr Fox" in a Hail Mary pass to try and make a Firefox connection but alas...

Halloween may be over but in this bar we celebrate Halloween whenever we damn well please! Lots of folks who have, ya know, jobs on Thursday didn't go out on Wednesday but they sure did come out in full force Saturday night. As you can see above, a couple of Dark Knight enthusiasts were a little late for the costume contest but they did pull in a nice little gift card - holy free drinks, Batman!
