Somebody once told me this Quiz was gonna' roll me
It's for the sharpest tools in the shed

round our pens thinking hard wrinkling our foreheads!

Well the rounds start coming and they don't stop coming.
QM read the rules and we hit the ground running.

Didn't make sense not to Quiz for fun!
Our Brains are smart but our friends were dumb.

The Night was Electric, The Stage Set, just passing by Barney's Beanery would cause your hairs to stand on end. little did the players realize that by the end of the night Trivia Kings would be crowned and the very foundation of our society would be pushed to the breaking point!

The first few rounds went by in a blur, General knowledge, Picture round, Find the connection all went down without a hitch, teams were doing strong a few were flexing there trivia muscles showing off and a few had already failed double downs due to there hubris.

no one in the bar that night expected what would happen during round four. the guess who round. the answer was Demi Moore, a simple enough guess who any 90's trivia fiend would know in a moment, but when the answers started hitting the quiz master's desk somethign was wrong, a few teams had gotten it but many teams especially the teams who were previously doing well had fallen at the hurdle, "Julia Roberts" "Michelle Pipher" and "Meg Ryan" were all coming in as answers from one or two teams, they seemed confused and desperate. the playing field was much more even, never in as many years has a game been closer between all teams going into round five, no clear leads no clear drop outs! it was anyone's game.

but that's not where the story ends, the game played out the highest scoring teams double down badly the lowest teams doubleing down well. finally thirty mintues later when the dust had cleared and the rubble had been swept away there were three teams crowned victorious each just ONE point above the next place down and a TIE for third.

This game was one for the ages folks.

It will go down in the history books as one of the most brutal nights of trivia Barney's Beanery, West Hollywood, or the world has ever known.
