King Trivia cannot provide you with personal information or respond to your request if King Trivia cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. King Trivia will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s authority to make the request or identity.
Response Timing and Format
King Trivia makes efforts to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), King Trivia will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with the Website, King Trivia will deliver its written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, or a response is not capable of being sent thereto, King Trivia will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures King Trivia provides will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. If you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct, at any time, King Trivia to not sell your personal information (the “right to opt-out”).
