What a night of competitive trivia at the Red Tandem Brewery in Oxnard tonight!

It was a heated match indeed, but in the end it was dominated by Retired Fun who roared into 1st place with double or nothing's in the first two rounds.  Las Palomas and The Part Timers closed the gap, but it wasn't enough to deseat them from 1st place in any round.  In the end they finished with a whopping 63 points!

Not far behind, both The Part Timers and Las Palomas tied for second with 60, but Las Palomas won the tie breaker and took home second prize.

Could it be possible to have a more exciting night?  Maybe.  But it doesn't matter!  Here at the Red Tandem Brewery in Oxnard, we had another shootout between the Daper Regs and Las Palomas.  Retired Fun started out strong having first place in the first two rounds, but they ended up in a noble 3rd place once the teeth came out.  With a close score of 38(las palomas) to 33(daper regs), in another universe the Regs clicked that double-or-nothing button in the first round and took first with 39.  They didn't, and Las Palomas won the cup!
