About Rescue Brewing Company

We chose this location in Historic Downtown Upland because it is the heart of Upland. Our goal is to create a space that is family oriented and a place the community can come together by having a relaxing time tasting our specialty craft beers as well as strolling the shops of our neighboring retails stores. Our mission is to give back to our community.by giving a portion of our proceeds from special events, merchandise and beer sales to our local heroes....Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Military, local Charities and Animal Rescues.

Ten teams this evening at Rescue, including many new teams (love fresh teams!), eager to play and have some fun with the more tenured teams. Questions were all over the place-- Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Game of Thrones, yoga poses.... hell, even Blue's Clues made an appearance!

Tonight we had an exciting tie breaker for 3rd place, but KABAM5 took this one! I mean....sure, Team MOHR won the game, but how about those stickers, huh? HUH?

10 teams duked it out tonight with a few first timers joining the fray.  The game tested the teams' recall of famous fictional presidents and their ability to match cities to songs.  Many teams mixed up their Culkin brother knowledge in the Guess Who round.  There's No Crying In Trivia took control early and never relinquished their lead.  However when it came to naming state flags for the drinking round (in honor of flag day!), KABAM5 flexed their banner knowledge the best!  Congrats to Birthday Boyz and British Invasion for finising 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

After three weeks away, it was so nice to be back at Rescue Brewing and all the great teams, old and new. And just like riding a bike, the teams fell back into their usual groove, having a great time with the questions and challenges.

...and wow-- so many experts on Mt. Fuji! A quick round of Rock-Paper-Scissors dispatched "There's No Crying", allowing "Knowing Is Half The Battle" to break the tie and win the Drinking Round!

Congrats to the extremely spicy "Spicy Penguins", winning the top spot for tonight's game!
