What an exciting night at 33 Taps filled with twists and turns!

The night began with eventual 3rd place finisher Bucket O' Kittenz rocking rounds 1 through 5. They doubled successfully in the first three rounds and only missed 1 question in round 5 ... going into Round 6 they had only missed one question all night! They seemed the clear winners to take it all.

However, Fear of Flying, which had faltered early by missing a Round 3 double, was able to double in Round 5 (good job figuring out that Tom Hiddleston movie) and leapfrog back up into contention.

The night went to Murder! though in an exciting finish. They were in strong contention all night. In Round 7, they finished with a score of 8 out of 10, having reached into the drunken haze of undergraduate days and recalled their Greek alphabet. Bucket O' Kittenz had a member of the team who studied Greek classics at Oxford. They attempted to double or nothing on that last round. But due to pesky Iota (they put Lambda instead), they fell short, leaving Murder! in first.

Now Iota will forever be scarred into our traumatized memories.
