In a city known more for its glitz than its grit, Angel City Brewery is proud to rough things up a bit and work beneath the shiny surface. Our home in the Los Angeles Arts District is both brewery and canvas, the center of a revival for the city's artists, musicians, hustlers, and craftspeople. It's an LA that's as ambitious as it is diverse & and our beer is no exception.

Good God Lemon! You brought TGS with Tracy Jordan to Angel City and didn't expect the best and the brightest to come out and play?

That's right, today was a 30 Rock themed quiz for Angel City Brewery, and this quiz set the Rural Jurors from the Jackie Jormp-Jormps. Teams came out in dedicated droves, many of them having spent the previous day (or week!) binge-ing the series in preparation. And damn, was their dedication rewarded.

With brilliant teams coming out of the woodworks, it truly came down to the final round. It was then that I asked the single hardest question I've ever asked of a King Trivia crowd- not including her role as "Jenna" in the pilot, can you name and/or describe every character Rachel Dratch played on 30 Rock?

The teams buckled down. Nobody doubled, but just about every team that made it to the final round got over half of them right. As a quizmaster, that level of preparation and passion makes me weep.

In the end, Wade Boggs Carpet World took the gold with an outstanding 93 point total, including four successful doubles (and they could have gotten away with FIVE). Congratulations! Long may you reign as the CEOs of Kabletown, Kenneth would be proud.

Our top 3 weren't slackers by any definition, with runners-up Spare Parts also nailing four doubles. Third place team Show Me Your Kitties not only won the Guess Who round, but they had the answer ready (first and L'astname included) before I had even repeated the first clue.

Well done to all our teams, you've won a scotch in Jack's office, while I shotgun this pizza. See you next week!
