In a city known more for its glitz than its grit, Angel City Brewery is proud to rough things up a bit and work beneath the shiny surface. Our home in the Los Angeles Arts District is both brewery and canvas, the center of a revival for the city's artists, musicians, hustlers, and craftspeople. It's an LA that's as ambitious as it is diverse & and our beer is no exception.
We had a great Trivia Tuesday at Angel City! Today is National Beer Can Appreciation day, so for our drinking round we asked players to guess what year the first canned beer was sold. Pickleball won their team a round of drinks for guessing 1937, only two years away from the correct answer - 1935.
Overall, 1927 Ping Pong Champs came in 3rd place with 44 points, Jesus loves winners came in 2nd place with 48 points, and The Moops came in 1st place with 69 (lol) points.
