In a city known more for its glitz than its grit, Angel City Brewery is proud to rough things up a bit and work beneath the shiny surface. Our home in the Los Angeles Arts District is both brewery and canvas, the center of a revival for the city's artists, musicians, hustlers, and craftspeople. It's an LA that's as ambitious as it is diverse & and our beer is no exception.
We had a fabulous Trivia Tuesday at Angel City Brewery! Today is National Lemon Meringue Pie Day so for the drinking round we had teams guess what all the ingredients were in Martha Stewart's homemade lemon meringue pie. There was a three way tie between It's My Birthday Buy Me A Drink, Quizzly Bears, and Crisis Team but Quizzly Bears ultimately won the tie breaker and a round of drinks for their team. Overall, AllieGators came in 3rd place with 68 points, Jesus loves winners came in 2nd place with 81 points, and 1927 Ping Pong Champs came in 1st place with 104 points (their personal best score!).
