There must have been something in the air at Barney's Beanery in Westwood last night. Many of the scores (and some of the players) were unusually high!

As always, a great group of trivia warriors turned out to do battle. STELLA!! finished in the top three for the second week in a row, we learned more than we wanted to about LaVar when LaVar's Big Balls finished in second. And John Sucks didn't, winning the night with a rare perfect score.

The guys from Bring Back $3.50 Dos Equis were still pleading for a return of inexpensive, high-quality beer from south of the border (still ain't gonna happen, my friends). And Mike Hunt used the most unoriginal team name we've heard in a long time. (And he has a sister named Connie Lingus. Yeah, we know! We didn't just fall off the turnip truck!! *grin*)
