Elysian-Tangletown opened in 2003 in the south Greenlake area of Seattle. With only 80 seats, Tangletown offers an intimate, neighborhood brewery/bistro experience and feels reminiscent of European cafes. Experimental, festival and one-off specialty beers are brewed on site, some of which make it into general production and provide an exciting array of new (and favorite old) beers. The Avatar Jasmine IPA was first brewed here.
Did you know that people like Spinach on their pizza? According to Foodler, it's the #10 most favored topping. Also, there are approximately 210 M&Ms in a 7 oz. bag. I only bring up all this foodie trivia because, through sheer brawn of brain and luck of the guess, Brussels Sprout won the evening in a tiebreaker to take home a $25 gift card to Elysian!
