Elysian-Tangletown opened in 2003 in the south Greenlake area of Seattle. With only 80 seats, Tangletown offers an intimate, neighborhood brewery/bistro experience and feels reminiscent of European cafes. Experimental, festival and one-off specialty beers are brewed on site, some of which make it into general production and provide an exciting array of new (and favorite old) beers. The Avatar Jasmine IPA was first brewed here.

This week, Streepless in Seattle showed us award-winning talent as the best team, winning a $25 gift certificate to Elysian. Destroyers snagged a $15 one for 2nd place, and Kate nabbed a $10 one for 3rd place.
We'll be off next week for Tangletown's company annual holiday party (they'll be closed), but join us again on Monday January 23rd at 7 PM for The Classiest Game In Town: King Trivia!
