Elysian-Tangletown opened in 2003 in the south Greenlake area of Seattle. With only 80 seats, Tangletown offers an intimate, neighborhood brewery/bistro experience and feels reminiscent of European cafes. Experimental, festival and one-off specialty beers are brewed on site, some of which make it into general production and provide an exciting array of new (and favorite old) beers. The Avatar Jasmine IPA was first brewed here.
Emilio Estevengeance served up the win this week at Elysian Tangletown! They scored huge in Round 5 "Find the Connection," correctly answering 9 out of 10 questions and guessing the link between the answers. Pong, Mario, John Madden, Deus Ex, Halos, Lego... all video games.
Winning second and third place, respectively, and scoring Elysian gift cards were Will's Late and Cookies. (Sidenote: Will promised to never be later again)
