The Pub at Golden Road is a full-service, family-friendly environment located just a stone’s throw from Griffith Park in Atwater Village. Open 7 days a week, The Pub offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, over a dozen Golden Road beers on tap, and games for the young (and young at heart).
We had a very colorful evening of pub food, tough quiz questions, and team costumes (even an Inside Out team that stayed in character the whole night). You can check out the costumes and smiling competitors in the gallery up above.
Even with the tricky rounds and small technicalities, your teams kept it competitive. While some people knew every Pixar short film by name, other teams were able to catch up by navigating the infamous connection round and remembering minor villains from all of your favorite movies.
In the end, it was a close, 11 point game with The Foot Is Down, The Foot Is Down coming out on top and walking away with the $417 prize.
A special "Thank you!" to Golden Road for giving all of our Pixar fans a chance to compete and find out who actually saw The Good Dinosaur last year.
