The Pub at Golden Road is a full-service, family-friendly environment located just a stone’s throw from Griffith Park in Atwater Village. Open 7 days a week, The Pub offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, over a dozen Golden Road beers on tap, and games for the young (and young at heart).
Man-oh-man, my heart goes out to our 2nd place team, The Bad Explainers. There's no shame in finishing with a healthy 82 points! But they lost to The Donner Party Train by just one point! And what makes that wound really sting, if that the Explainers lost to Donner Party LAST week ~ by just one point!!
But wait! There's more! Two weeks ago, The Bad Explainers finished in 2nd place, and the week before that, they finished in 2nd place, just 3 points behind ~ you guessed it ~ The Donner Party Train!!
SO I asked myself: have The Bad Explainers ever finished in first!? Yup! They have! Way back on Sept. 12th, they won it all! First Place! Winners!
