The Pub at Golden Road is a full-service, family-friendly environment located just a stone’s throw from Griffith Park in Atwater Village. Open 7 days a week, The Pub offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, over a dozen Golden Road beers on tap, and games for the young (and young at heart).
Well it happened again last night: the best trivia quizzers in all the land gathered at the best venue in all of the King Trivia kingdom to put themselves to the test. And as usual, it was a raucous and rowdy, knock-down, drag-out fight!!
When the dust cleared it was Ruth Bader Winsberg for the win(berg) and we couldn't be more impressed! Justice was done at Golden Road Brewery last night, as one of our favorite teams finally made it to the top of the winner's circle!
(See what I did there? Their team name references Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and I said justice was done, and Ruth is a JUSTICE, and...oh never mind! I just crack myself up sometimes!)
I also wanna give a shout out to How Do You Pronounce "Koenigsegg"? who referenced our Facebook Question of the Day in their team name and - in so doing - made your humble quizmaster have to pronounce "Koenigsegg" after every round! Well done, you scallywags!
