It was an eventful night at Marco Polo Bar & Grill this Tuesday, with a rapidly shifting leaderboard, a surprise thunderstorm, lots of delicious-looking chicken, and a special karaoke set by one third of the night's winning team, Azur. Best rendition of Forever in Blue Jeans since that 2001 Will Ferrell Gap commercial? This Quizmaster sure thinks so.
Our winning team overcame a rocky start thanks to a big bet on a Double or Nothing, which didn't work out quite so well for veteran teams and early favorites Y'all Motherfuckers Need Science and Vaxxed not Waxxed, with the latter taking home a $15 gift card for their triumphant last place finish.
Pro tip: if anyone asks you if the Notre Dame Basilica is in Paris, it just might be a trick question.
