About Pappa's Artisanal

We are a great neighborhood pizza and brunch restaurant that's nestled in old town La Verne, California. Serving up sustainably raised, hormone and antibiotic free meats and treats, our goal is to bring communities together through great food and forward thinking education. Outside of the restaurant, we've become known for grilling for all sorts of occasions.  Give us a ring if you're hungry.  We cater. We office party. We festival party. Tough quiz tonight! Tough to double down in any round and the flowery album covers in round 2 proved very tricky!

But this kept the game close throughout.....

Round 4 was, somewhat unusually, a Guess What and Funky Wagnalls were so close with their early guess of Carousel, but it was Oklahoma! OK...on to the beer round.

I asked 5 Tour De France questions with numerical answers - the prize money being the key....little did I know that Blue Hawaii had a "Tour" expert..... or as they say in France, l'expert.....and they took the free glass of wine easily!

The Connections round was, indeed, round, and the brave new team "The Flying Lampanas" missed by one on their double or nothing, and did not double down next round when they got all right....a rookie error...still they secured 3rd place

The Fun Guys Two-peated the win and Blue Hawaii quietly climbed into second. Thanks everyone for playing....
