Everyone had a lot of fun playing trivia Wednesday at Pineapple Hill!
Gazpacho and Zack Blows started off the evening with all the answers correct - both of them should have doubled.
The second round was savage - four teams doubled and got ZEROS. Only one team, Gazpacho, successfully doubled putting them strongly in the lead.
Most of those teams redeemed themselves in round 3 and 5 with successful doubles.
For the drinking round, everyone had to read to me their best pickup line. Ben, the server, technically had the best line of the night but since he wasn't playing, Amol's Late had the next best reaction from the crowd.
Zack Blows clearly knows their rock bands, because they were the only team to successfully double in round 6, sailing them ahead into 2nd place.
Going into the final round, Gazpacho was clearly ahead followed by Zack Blows. Amol's Late and Humane Traffickers were just one point away from securing 3rd place. During that round, a few teams tried for a Hail Mary and doubled...unsuccessfully.
Ultimately the 3rd place spot went to The Humane Traffickers by just one point. Zack Blows still received second despite an unsuccessful double, and Gazpacho held their first place spot til the end.
