It was a fun night at Redlands Public Market! I can't get enough of this fun little food hall that used to be an old orange packing house! So many different food places to pick from and every place I've ever ordered from on every visit has never disappointed me! Tonight's pick was the beef shawarma from Fufu's Grill.
Five teams competed, but only one came out the victor (and winner of the $25 arcade gift card), and it just so happened to be a sweet pair of long-time Trivia regulars who made up Team Nicala. We had plenty of laughs along the way and we even wished a very sweet young lady on Team Wharf Rats a very happy 12th birthday!
All of our teams were pretty sharp tonight, although hands down the funniest answer happened in round two. One of the pictures was a photo of Shuri from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The funniest response hands down was, "That One Random Wakanda Lady".
The final question about the first 10 elements on table of periodic elements had a lot of people stumped but it definitely helped bring Hi Quad and Slightly Above Average jump up in the ranks. Slightly Above Average even was able to cinch a second place win in the last round!
Overall it was a very fun evening in a family-friendly atmosphere with some very spirited trivia enthusiasts!
