QUIZ RECAP
Trivia Night Recap: The Battle of the Brainiacs!
Round One: The Con-Quiz-tadors came out swinging with a Double, proving that their knowledge is as general as it is dangerous. Seven teams entered, but only one took the early lead. The rest? Just happy to be there.
Round Two: The Con-Quiz-tadors continued their reign, absolutely smitten with their ability to identify celebs with romantic-sounding names. Turns out, they know their Loves, Harts, and Valentines better than their own family members.
Round Three: The Con-Quiz-tadors somehow conquered a round about both famous Alices and trains. Are they well-read? Rail enthusiasts? Just good guessers? We may never know, but we do know that Tin Cups are officially on track to being left behind.
Round Four: The Con-Quiz-tadors stayed on top after successfully identifying the mystery person as Anna Kendrick. Did they know it from the subtle clues, or did they just scream her name until it worked? Either way, it’s Cups all over again.
Round Five: The Con-Quiz-tadors shaped their way to another victory in a Find the Connection round about ice formations. Spheres, cubes, crushed—it didn’t matter. At this point, their lead was solid, while the other teams were just trying to avoid a meltdown.
Drinking Round: KABAM! exploded onto the scene by nailing the closest guess to the year the heart-shaped chocolate box first debuted. Who knew their true talent was in historical candy packaging? They may not be leading the game, but they’re definitely leading the bar tab.
Round Six: There’s no crying in trivia stormed to the top in a TV Villains matching round. The Con-Quiz-tadors were officially dethroned, proving that even the biggest trivia juggernauts can meet their demise at the hands of fictional bad guys.
Round Seven: There’s no crying in trivia sealed the deal, showing an impressive grasp of Arab nation states. The Con-Quiz-tadors put up a valiant fight, but by the end, they were con-quizzed out. The other teams? Just happy to have made it through without embarrassing themselves too badly.
And with that, trivia night was over. Drinks were spilled, egos were bruised, and KABAM! will never forget the year Richard Cadbury changed the Valentine’s Day game forever.
See you all next week!
