QUIZ RECAP

Here’s your trivia night recap, packed with more drama than a soap opera and more twists than a pretzel factory:

Round One:
There’s no crying in trivia took the early lead, flexing their general knowledge muscles and leaving the other teams weeping into their answer sheets. Who knew knowing the capital of Burkina Faso would come in handy?

Round Two:
KABAM! exploded onto the scene, nailing the “ID the year of the event pictured” round. Their uncanny ability to spot the difference between 1974 and 1975 left the rest of the teams questioning their own birth years.

Round Three:
KABAM! kept the momentum going, proving they know more about the Cruel World Festival lineup than the festival organizers themselves. Apparently, they’ve been stalking the artists’ Spotify playlists for months. Dedication or obsession? You decide.

Round Four:
KABAM! again! This time, they guessed Gabriel Iglesias as the mystery person faster than you can say “Fluffy.” The other teams were still stuck on “Is that a young Tom Selleck?” while KABAM! was already celebrating.

Round Five:
KABAM! made it four in a row, connecting the dots between famous bays like they were Google Maps with a PhD. The only thing more impressive was their ability to pronounce “Chesapeake” correctly on the first try.

Drinking Round:
Dr Suds finally lived up to their name, dominating the insect stings challenge. Apparently, their secret is “hands-on research” at every summer picnic. The rest of the teams were just grateful it wasn’t a round about bee puns.

Round Six:
KABAM! matched 80s couples with the precision of a pop culture cupid. They knew their Mulder from their Scully and their Zack from their Kelly, leaving the other teams stuck in a love triangle with confusion and regret.

Round Seven:
KABAM! finished strong, schooling everyone on kids’ sports. They remembered the rules of kickball and how many players are on a tee-ball team-a feat that left the other teams wishing for a juice box and a nap.

Final Tally:
KABAM! took home the crown (and the eternal envy of their trivia rivals), while Dr Suds proved that when it comes to drinking rounds, they’re the real MVPs. There’s no crying in trivia and Cota/Davis-better luck next week, and maybe brush up on your insect sting trivia just in case.
