It was a big night of trivia with 6 teams battling it out for prizes!
The evening started off with a twist when team Jenna's Side sat at the regular table of the Quizzly Bears. The Quizzly Bears, have won several times from that slot so would their mojo be thrown off by the switch?
The second round is where things really got started with Jenna's Side scoring on a double or nothing and taking an 8 point lead over the Quizzly Bears. They would not be outdone however, and the Quizzly Bears scored on their own double or nothing the very next round to only be behind by 1 point.
Under the surface, there was also a battle for the second to last place position between Bernie's Angels, Biker Babes, and the lone wolf, Rex. All three switched throughout the evening for the $5 prize but in the end, the Biker Babes were just bad enough to take it home!
The fight for first got more intense throughout the night, however. It became a two horse race when The Happy Little Accidents struggled on the Adam Sandler leading lady round (I mean, he does make a lot of bad movies so they elected to not have seen most of them). Jenna's Side had a 3 point lead going into the final round. While the Quizzly Bears were able to score more points, it wasn't quite enough as team Jenna's Side held onto a 1 point lead for the win!
Was it the lucky table that Jenna's Side took that allowed them to bask in glory? Will Quizzly Bears return with even greater fervor to grab the top prize and their table? We'll find out next week on another episode of.... King Trivia at Rooftop Brewery!
