QUIZ RECAP
Your weekly friendly trivia contest turned into a heavyweight brawl as Quiz in My Pants and The Winos took it to each other with strong and aggressive play. All the while, The Average Joes and Poet Torture kept the big dogs in sight and took some big swings of their own as they pressured the leaders and waged their own battle for third place.
Respecting the Winos and their penchant for successfully doubling, Quiz in My Pants, with a one-point lead, took the big Double or Nothing swing in Round 7 and missed by a single correct answer to seal a Winos victory. Poet Torture, deadlocked in a tie for third going into Round 7, outlasted The Average Joes to edge their way onto the podium.
Come out next Tuesday at 7 pm to match wits with what always proves to be a strong field of trivia buffs and to enjoy terrific food, drinks and hospitality at the place that has been delighting Aliso Viejo's tastebuds for over two decades.
