It was Mr. & Ms. Swiss (photo #1) for the win this week at the Back Door Bakery Cafe in Sunland/Tujunga. Their robust 77-point performance bested frequent top performers Hodge Podge (photos 6,7 & 9), who finished a strong second nonetheless.
But in a stunning development, the large, rowdy, unruly women (and a fella) known as Shana Maidelas (2 & 4) were outgunned by La Dee Dah (photo #3) in a nailbiter that ended with Dee enjoying a one-point victory!!
We do have us some rowdy, unruly fun at the BDB. It's even a terrific spot for celebrating a birthday. Isn't that right, Robin? (photo 2, wearing her crown). Happy birthday, kiddo. Here's to many, many more.
