The science of fun and fine dining is artfully executed daily at The Lab Gastropub. Conveniently located on Figueroa Blvd., The Lab is next door to the Galen Center, across the street from USC and an easy walk to the Shrine Auditorium, the Los Angeles Coliseum and the museums at Expo Park. Our menu features a variety of pub favorites and an extensive selection of beers. The communal style seating encourages group fun. You’ll always find local sports as well as national events featured on the multiple screens throughout the restaurant. The Classroom, our private dining room, is ideal for social events and the outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy the SoCal sunshine.

The teams were huge, the competition immense, and the laughs the loudest of all. From misspelled answers costing teams the first place to internal team strife, This Wednesday had it all. It was a close game through and through all the way to the end between all 5 teams. Even brand new teams Lagoon and Spencer showed up with bold trivia skills to take on Gummy Bears, Badass, and Quiz in my Pants. Ultimately though, the final round proved the most devastating. Badass and Quiz in my Pants both swooped into the lead with a legendary round 7 double down. Badass took the first place prize at 70 points with team Lagoon taking second at 62 points, and team Quiz in my Pants taking 3rd, redeeming themselves after a simple mistake cost them double points in round 2. As always it was a pleasure to be your Quiz Master this Wednesday and I hope to see all my teams next Wednesday at 7pm!
