Twisted Sage Cafe opened its doors in March of 2011.  A warm and inviting family-owned business, Twisted Sage is continually changing and adapting to our customers’ needs.

TSC is committed to providing a high level of service in a relaxed atmosphere, with a twist on traditional sandwiches, burgers, salads, made from scratch soups and fresh baked pastries.

The easy-going, casual atmosphere and quick-service ordering accommodates the on-the-go customer as well as those wanting to sit and relax. We also accommodate local businesses with easy pre-order, delivery, and catering services.  TSC offers pet-friendly outdoor seating and water bowls for our furry friends, as well!

The Twisted Sage is a great place to have a celebration of a Friday night, and it was a lot of fun to have a large gathering split into 2 teams competing against each other and the 3 King Trivia registered teams.

The scores were very even until the Connections round, and cheers to the 1st 2nd and 3rd placed teams who all doubled down successfully. Hey Dude cemented their win by Turning Up all 10 Songs and Artists in Round 6.

For the Beer round, because it is the British Open in Portrush Northern Ireland (have I mentioned I am from Northern Ireland?!?!) I asked teams to submit the names of as many male professional golfers they could write down in 2 minutes. Two points if Irish. Kelmos was up for the challenge, producing an impressive list of 22 names! Hey Dude inventively wrote down every Irish last name they could think of (not McIlroy!)

One of things I love about trivia is learning stuff and I now know who invented the piano - Bartolomeo Cristofori from Padua, Italy (1655-1731) and who John Laurens is (BFF of Alexander Hamilton). Useful, no, interesting, yes!
