Tonight was my first night as the weekly regular Quizmaster here at Viibz Restaurant & Bar — and what an incredible way to kick off the new year! Thank you to all of our weekly regulars who came up to me after the game to let me know they're so glad I'm their new official Quizmaster!
We had A LOT of familiar faces competing tonight -- A lot of previous winners too! So you know the air was THICK with competitive spirit 😉
SO COMPETITIVE that teams kept submitting minutes before the round was over, with our entire crowd finishing each round early! Amazing! We were moving like lightning!
With our extra time, I went ahead and hosted a FUN ROUND (like a drinking round, no points, just for fun!) with the prize of getting to wear a crown I prepared (+get a picture with it!) Congratulations to The brave little toasters 🙂 for winning that no-points round <333
The actual prizes for the night were super exciting too! Handpicked by Viibz's own owner George, we had a prize bag where each Top 3 winning team got to pick a goodie from the bag!!! CONGRATULATIONS to MTV for winning 1st Place (choosing the $30 gift card to Viibz), Viewers Like You for 2nd Place (choosing a fun electric candlelabra as their prize), and The brave little toasters 🙂 for 3rd Place (choosing a new, textured ballcap)!
