In a city known more for its glitz than its grit, Angel City Brewery is proud to rough things up a bit and work beneath the shiny surface. Our home in the Los Angeles Arts District is both brewery and canvas, the center of a revival for the city's artists, musicians, hustlers, and craftspeople. It's an LA that's as ambitious as it is diverse & and our beer is no exception.
Mucho fun had by all at Angel City Brewery last night! Of all the teams to disappear, you'd never think it'd be one called The Degenerates. But they were MIA. The drinking round was a game called "What The Hell Happened To The Degenerates?" Late Night Booty took the win there handily with a story involving UFO's, merchant marines and low calorie butter. Drinks all around!
In third place, to their shame, was 1927 Ping Pong Champs with 57 points. In second, was the aforementioned Late Night Booty with 60. And even though they were named after a guy whose named shall not be said, I said it all nigjt:Team Voldemort with the first place win with 67 points! Alakazam! Or whatever!

Trivia Tuesday at Angel City was a huge success! Today is National Roller Coaster Day so the drinking round asked how many feet the drop on the world's tallest roller coaster is. The Doc's had the closest guess and won a round of drinks for their team! (It's 418 ft. on Kingda Ka at Six Flags Great Adventure).
Overall, The Flux Capacitors came in 3rd place with 64 points, DR David, phd came in second with 88 points, and 1927 Ping Pong Champs took 1st place with 91 points after a successful 7th round double or nothing!

Another fine night of trivia, and another win for the 1927 Ping Pong Champs!
Angel City Brewery, still adorned with avocado paraphernalia from this week's festival, continues to host the best trivia nights in town. We cruised up and down the US coasts this week, perused some fictional towers, and reveled in the peerless presence of Scott Pilgrim's Sex Bob-omb. Next Tuesday, we do it all again!
