About Bagby Beer Co.

The beer, simply put, is why we are here. Our roots run deep in the San Diego craft beer community, and they spread wide, to include our brewer friends throughout California, the west, the midwest, and the east, and extending across the pond to the UK, to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, and Sweden.

We value excellence, and it is always our goal to exhibit beers that are true to style, that we are proud of, that we love to drink, and that we are honored to share with our comrades all over the world.

The rain brought us inside for this round, but the majority of our regular teams still made it out to compete. Our poetry experts put their minds to the test with a set of haikus that were so hard it should be a crime. This round our teams learned their lesson from last week and used their double or nothings sparingly with only one submitted the whole night. This week our drinking round was a little more literal than most often with a water drinking competition that the hairy Cochrans downed in moments.

The round of many drinks!...that is if you were team hill street harlot. Winning both our drinking round and the $50 raffle courtesy of the amazing bagby brewing. This was week for double or nothing's. Both successful and failed. Everyone was putting their points on the line for the risk to win it all. The golden snitches cake through and decided to reclaim their place in first. Where our first place team from last week risked it all and feel short in second to last. Anything can happen when you risk it all!!

With our core group of returning teams this was a real tough battle. With lots of double or nothing's submitted and a really close end score it could have been anyone's game. Cavity search took home the win for the second time in a row.
