About Butcher's Dog

We have 10 large HDTVs and show up to 5 different events on them (we love sports and hope you join us for all the great sports events coming up: UFC, NBA, NHL, Formula 1 Grand Prix, Rugby Word Cup, NASCAR races, Champions League, MLB World Series, etc.).

We have a beautiful patio with space heaters.

We pour great beers and wines, with 18 beers on tap, as well as crafted cocktails.

We have a great Happy Hour menu daily from 3pm to 7pm and ALL NIGHT on Mondays.

During these times $4 & $5  draft beers, $6 house cocktails, $4 well drinks and our selected house wines are $6 a glass.

This week at Butcher's Dog was as fun as ever, with a bunch of teams both new and regulars, vying for the top two spots!

Jessica's Team grabbed an early lead and never let it go to take the top spot, and JC's Bacon Dream won a tie-breaker, guessing the closest length of the Chunnel, to earn their first second place spot in a long time! Way to go, guys!

Butcher's Dog was packed this week, because it's an amazing place to eat great food while watching sportball on its multitude of screens (including a huge projection screen in the back!), but we still played an awesome game of trivia for both die-hard regular quizzers and some newbies who joined in after the game!

No Pants Party easily took first place AGAIN, almost cracking a three digit score!! Matt's Fried Dumplings grabbed second place yet again, while Geer Boggles appropriately won the drink round!

We had a delightfully intimate game this week in our post-Memorial Day quiz at Butcher's Dog! As a result, we got to experiment with a new drinking game! In response to "Roseanne" being cancelled, representatives from each team had to guess when ABC was created, and were told whether the actual date was earlier or later. The next person guessed, and so on, until they narrowed it down to the exact date! Two rounds of that (the second was Roseanne's birthday), and the two winners faced off guessing the number of episodes of the show! Whew. It was actually pretty fun.

For the game, No Pants Party won for a second week in row. It didn't look good, but they managed a successful Double in round 6 to take and hold the lead. Flop Solo snagged second place with the series score possible!
