It was superrr close between our top three teams tonight. And our winning team used some late-round magic. Congrats Team Cheap and Easy on the win! They used a successful double in the last round (Round 7's "Music Round") and peeked out a one-point win. Cheap and Easy scored 58 points and won $235. There was a tie for 2nd place between the Hounds of Baskerville and Team Alternative Facts. The Hounds won the tiebreaker and won $50, and Alt Facts settled for 3rd place and Free Drinks. And in last/not least place, Counter Intelligence won a Free Pizza.

Getting funky at DiPiazza's game of King Trivia tonight! DiPiazza's does things a little differently with their seventh round - the crowd will get a snippet of a song and have to guess the artist. Let's say that this quizmaster Dared to get their Payback with a few deep cuts. There were a few questions in the connections round that also thre people off, but with the answers they did nail, almost all the teams were able to find the connection! The Boss Ladies showed who's boss, with a winstreak that was only briefly threatened by runner ups We the People. Everyone hung in there though, and even Cheap & Easy didn't walk away emptyhanded, going home with a free consolation pizza.
