Tonight was what trivia is all about!

Double or nothings galore, regrets at not going double or nothing and just plain excitement all around!

The Whiskey Picklebacks made a game of it in the end but I'd they had just switched when they did double or nothings, they could've come away with a prize (maybe next time)! Is Butter a Carb also regretted not doing double or nothing in the 6th round cause if they had, they could've gotten 1st place! Easy Jesus also felt the same sting by not doing it in the second round. You live and learn at trivia but they still walked away with great prizes!

COVIDEO Killed the Radio Star got the lead early, lost it for a couple of rounds but was able to come away with first place with a couple of good timing double or nothings.

We'll also give out props to BroCurt who missed a couple of rounds but was still able to come away with a good score thanks to getting a double or nothing in the final round!

You gotta play to win and sometimes you gotta go double or nothing to get the top prize! We'll see what happens next week!

QUIZ RECAP

The power of the double or nothing was in play tonight! Team COVIDeo Killed the Radio Star used a couple of double or nothing's to take a commanding lead in this one. Which turned out to work in their favor as they missed one double or nothing and got a -1 is the Guess Who round. Those extra points really came in handy!

There was a big battle for second place going on as well as Jason's Buddy, trailing for the first half of the game were able to overcome J.E.J and the Pinball Team to take silver in this one. It all came down to the final round and Jason's Buddy was able to take their one point behind into a 2 point lead!

J.E.J held onto third place for a little while but lost ground after not being able to guess Tom Holland on the clue round and the Pinball Team guessed it off the second clue!

It was a great night with some stiff competition so we'll have to see what happens next week!

QUIZ RECAP

It was a fun night at Jules Mae's Saloon as people competed for prizes and bragging rights!

It was a tight match the whole game as the teams duked it out. There was a lot of vying for the top three spots with many changes in the lead for the first few rounds. Esther put in a valiant effort and was able to bounce back from a slow start to take a respectable 4th place.

The Kings had the lead early in the game for the 2nd and 3rd rounds but were eventually overtaken by School Bus Bar Fight who didn't relinquish the lead and held on for the top prize!

From there the battle for 2nd was on between Where's Joe? And The Kings with a 1 point difference between them for most of the match until the final round where Where's Joe? used their substantial Shakespeare knowledge to extend and keep their lead!

It was a great night that ended with the winners getting a round of drinks for the bar because that's the type of joy trivia brings! Come check it out next week to compete for some great prizes and have some fun!
