QUIZ RECAP

The Easter bunny has left the holiday season but we are still hopping about having fun by the beach!! Congratulations to the Brockin' dynamic duo who decided to stay and play then WIN!!! They are fans of King Trivia for Thursdays but they sure had a good time this Tuesday!!

Lorena was a patient Momma waiting for her rowing team son to arrive then our Domnation trivia player stopped by for the lightning recap rounds after show with Troy and Dave who will finally play trivia with us for the next two weeks. 

We had Ken training to check out the behind the scenes details and juggling by trivia quizmasters. Ken is a 20 years public speaker and he has several podcasts. His wife Peggy played trivia for the first time in awhile and she did well. 

Welcome to MVPs to our trivia fun. It was fun having a revolving door of trivia teams with those who could only stay for a bit. It was a pleasure to meet the visiting Irish ☘️ couple who have made KC. Branaghan's their home away from home vacation pub as they were in town for the sad sudden event of their departed family member, Monsignor from Our Lady of Refuge Church. Our condolences. An Irish pub is a comfort refugee for many occasions.

QUIZ RECAP

Another groovy Tuesday at K.C. Branaghan's with entertaining trivia with the locals and visitors!!! Every time I enter a venue, it is a combination of returning teams and inspiring new teams to be born. I am the midwife of trivia birthing new trivia babies! Or like a quizmaster stripper with clothes on enticing to get participation...ok,maybe that was a g-string stretch but the players liked that quick thought on Tuesday. 💃🏽

We were all enjoying the answer times for each round as I call out to teams with the right answer to respond. The wrong answers get equal time on the mics as we all laugh at the well intended near misses which are sometimes poetic. 

The new trivia challenges covered art on characters, literature, British poet laureates, Marvel Comics, LED and more. 

Stick around to the end of the night when I do a lightening round with some locals at the bar who missed the game but still show up for the highlights. Thanks to the great staff of owner Ryan, Ginger, Maddie, Kevin, Jose and Philippe. 
May is Mother's Day on May 8th so bring your favourite gal -Mom, sisters, wives, girlfriends even Grannies to our King Trivia nights. Toasty Strudel brought Mom and Dad plus A Wee Bit Irish brought Mom. Slainte! 

QUIZ RECAP

I submit my show and tell pic of the week with me and my fellow newbie senior clowns in the tale end of the 12 weeks clown college. We ar practicing skits for our April 23rd graduation.  I need to practice my balloon animals so I should start doing that pre trivia next Tuesday for the patrons. My clown name is Lucky LaLaLa to honor my Irish roots of my folks plus my love to sing. 

So we had an assortment of teams from the 3D team of the Dynmaic Denim Duo with Alyssa sporting her Almost Famous homage to Goldie Hawn's daughter. The Bats were dealing with  belfries and they won 2nd place. The bar team had Scott and Ginger answering old school by self graded napkins with their answers. Grandma's team was part human part furry friends of two owners and their big dogs on the outdoor bar.

Congratulatioms to our returning team of the coast guards. The 3D duo were tough on them for the exact correct answers. We joked about how coast guards never forget! 🙂 

I will be doing a special pre Easter raffle for some surprises for trivia players so come join us and invite your neighbors and friends. Thank you Ryan, Ginger, Kevin, Jose and the kitchen staff for another awesome night in Naples Irish style Cheers pub by the sea.
