King Trivia returned to Shadow Grove Brewing Thursday night for seven brand-new rounds of trivia that covered everything from iconic Disney duos, Emmy-nominated comedies, womens sports, and more! All teams competed for the ultimate prize: coupons for $5 off tasty brews from the Shadow Grove taps! After team A-A-Ron's Substitute Teachers bowed out before the final round, Cosmic Gumbo won third place with 22 points, scoring two beer coupons for their smarts. Returning champ Inspirational Quote pulled off a second place win at 35 points, scoring three coupons at the end of the night. But nobody could stop the returning champions that comprised Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers, whose 4-point lead over Inspirational Quote landed them in a comfortable first place victory! They walked away with $25 worth of beer coupons for their brains. Congrats to all of our winners last night! Missed out on the fun? Seven teams joined for the evening with about 20 players total. Round one and two were tied with Duchess of Shade and Alcoholics Unanimous being tied for 1st place. Alcoholics Unanimous toke 1st the following round but Shade of Darkness double round 5 and took a 7 point lead. Unfortunately for them, Alcoholics Unanimous doubled the following round and kept the lead until the end.

King Trivia returned to Shadow Grove Brewing on Thursday night for seven brand new rounds of trivia as teams went head-to-head for a chance to win discount coupons for brews on tap! Eight teams tested their knowledge of specialty drinks from popular chains, pop superstars, werewolves, and much more throughout the evening, culminating in a tiebreaker round that asked how many cups of coffee are consumed worldwide on a daily basis (the answer? 2.25 billion!). With an answer of 3 billion, the one-man show behind Inspirational Quote managed to claim a first place victory over the second place team, Zeus! Inspirational Quote took home five beer coupons for their victory while Zeus received three for their impressive performance. Not too far behind was team TigerSnake at third place with 33 points, winning two beer coupons for their efforts. Congratulations to all of our winners - and a big shout-out to all of Thursday night's players! Missed out on the action?
