QUIZ RECAP

5 teams commenced play at Stewart's Place, not sure why they decided to play, but they knew there were prizes with a really good chance of winning one! From the start, Rena's Favorites grabbed the lead and wouldn't let go. After round 2, the closest anyone got was 5 points when Team Kickass nailed 8 points on difficult round 5. But Rena's Favorites pulled away to walk away with 1st prize. The battle for 2nd prize however, was neck and neck throughout the whole game. Teams Sir Crabs A Lot, Team Kickass, and Mountain Beaver Brewery (who missed round 1, or they would have competed for 1st place) all traded positions and all remaining within 1-2 points of each other. Team Kickass pulled away in round 7 to nab 2nd place and Sir Crabs A Lot won the tiebreaker for 3rd prize over Mountain Beaver Brewery. Everyone had a good time, lots of laughs and the time flew by.

QUIZ RECAP

This was my first night hosting trivia at Stewart's Place and I hope I get to come back again. This is a fun place with good drinks and food. Now, about the game.

There were three teams that took the field today to claim trivia dominance. After two rounds it was established that Amazeballs was going to be the team to beat.

Round four had Jack & Kyla make a big jump and tie for lead with knowing Maya Rudolph for the 10 point clue. That was a great guess.

That would be it for the competition though, Amazeballs finished the night out strong and won by 20 points.

Jack & Kyla finished second and The Tie Guy playing solo master tonight finished in third place.

I hope these three teams spread the word and get trivia going here at one of our newest venues. Hopefully I will get a chance to see everybody again.

We thought for sure that the night might be a bust, but at the last minute, 4 people showed up and decided to play.

It was interesting, to say the least, but the game was AWESOME. Good answers, and a few laughs, and Super Dave came in first place! Good job, Dave!
