It was a pretty close game through 5 rounds, when DaNile once again slammed the door shut by being the only team to double round 6! Other teams got all the answers right, but didn't risk the double and left 10 points off the board. DaNile also won the 4 free pints round by holding a business card up using only the power of suction through a straw longer than anyone else! Yes, you could say DaNile really sucks!
The Big Subpoenas escaped with a 2nd place win over Goonies, who made a miracle double in the final round to go from 4th place to 3rd!

Brewery of Dreams
The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been trivia.
America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It's been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt, and erased again. But trivia has marked the time.
This Dudes' Brewery, this game -- it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds us of all that once was good, and it could be again.
Ohhhhhhhh, people will come, Ray. People will most definitely come.
And another constant is DaNile! Teams may come, and teams may go, but DaNile is always there...ready to dash your dreams, your hopes...and most importantly, your free beers! Lurking in 4th place for the 1st half of the game, DaNile won the free pints round by knowing the Disney rides from the music. In round 6, DaNile hit a grand slam and took a 4 point lead! The other teams knew it was coming, but to happen so late in the game left many teams with the bitter taste of disappointment in their mouths. Luckily, there was still time to order another tasty beer from The awesome Dudes' crew!
Uncles With Benefits and Uniballers had to go into extra innings to determine 2nd place. The 2 teams couldn't decide if they wanted Price Is Right rules or not, so we flipped a beer coaster, and determined no Price Is Right. The question was: How many calories are in an Egg White Delight McMuffin from McDonald's? Uncles With Benefits guessed 310 and Uniballers guessed 250. The answer is 280, so the two teams were once again tied! I had to pull up a quiz from a couple days ago for a second tie breaker. This time I put Price Is Right Rule in affect!

Uniballers guessed 400 and Uncles With Benefits guessed 8! Prague is 298 square kilometers, meaning Uncles With Benefits stole 2nd due to the Price Is Right Rule!

Quiz Daddy & The Trivia Boiz were defending their title, but ended up in a tie for first with We Suck At Trivia. The Trivia Boiz asked for the tie breaker to be in "Price Is Right" rules. That ended up costing them the win! Meanwhile, DaNile had a roller coaster night. With a -1 in round 4, it seemed they were out of contention. In round 5, they were the only team to double correctly, to put them into the lead by 3 points!!! They went for the double in the final round, but got caught with the tricky wording of the final question. Still, they walked away with 3rd place and a free pack of beer!
My favorite team name of the night...Uncles With Benefits, flew the furthest paper airplane to win the 4 free pints!
