QUIZ RECAP

I subbed this trivia last minute. Even though I host at the Oaks on Sundays, I wasn't familiar with this crowd. So I introduced myself and gave a couple seemingly innocent facts about myself. I hope they listened, because the drinking round was who remembered the most facts about me!

Small crowd but every team is pro and they loved the Round #7 Avengers question.

This Wednesday at The Oaks, we laughed, we cried, we learned that Randy Newman is the GOAT.

Eleven teams went head to head competing for glory, fame, and (most importantly) Gift Certificates to The Oaks!

In the end, Team "Jazz Hands" and Team "Outvoted on #3" (aka Team "Our Team") were TIED for first place. Jazz Hands danced their way to the first place podium by winning the tie breaker question.

A great time and lots of popcorn was had by all!!

Wednesday!!!! Alcohol!!!! Puppies and Kittens!!!! KING TRIVIA!

What a night of knowledge going on over at the Oaks Tavern. Teams fought hard for first place and there was no predicted winner until the very end. Double downs were tough for a few teams in the start. Green vegetables are not my forte but damn we got some healthy people at the oaks! Wes Anderson was not people's friend last night but that's ok because the Greeks definitely had people's back during Round five!

Great job Jazz Hands for kicking ass and taking names tonight. Big fact Hunt in the clutch grabbing second and the fanciest handwriting this side of the Mississippi is TBD with a strong Third Place!

Make sure to bring your artist friends out next Wednesday because we're gonna be drawing, or folding, or origamiing the heck out of the drinking round. See you then!
