About TOMAT

Tomat is delighted to be offering Wednesday evening Trivia on our Rooftop Terrace overlooking LAX! We are a farm-to-table restaurant that serves coffee and pastries Tuesday-Sunday mornings, and dinner & rooftop cocktails Wednesday-Sunday starting at 5pm. Between our full cocktail bar, local beer on draught, diverse wine list, and small bites--we're here to keep your mind sharp and the camaraderie high. Through any weather we are able to accomodate with sun umbrellas and warming wool blankets to keep you comfortable (and have the option of using our indoor event space in cases of drizzle). Co-owned by Natalie Dial & Harry Posner (Harry hails from London, the original land of Pub Quizzes)--Tomat is so proud to serve this wonderful community.

Another incredible night at Tomat!  We learned so much about Sting, sang the preamble of the Constitution, line by line, and identified all the sets of tv shows we're fond of.  It was such a tight game, with Carlie's Angels making a run for the top pretty early on.  At the end of the the night, however, two teams were tied and the tension rose a few levels, despite the open rooftop!  As a result of the tie breaker question all about the St Louis Cardinals, Wet Dream Tomato took home the bottle and the bragging rights!  Join us next week for another fun game, and lots of yummy things to eat and drink here on the rooftop at Tomat!

Another incredible night here at Tomat, and officially now featuring a *brand new flatbread oven*!!! We had a great time learning about Mary Todd Lincoln, swooning over Pedro Pascal, and belting opening showtunes from musicals new and old.  The game ended with Sabre-Toothed Squirrels taking the championship bottle of pet-nat and The Heights coming in at a not too distant 2nd place.  See you next week here at Tomat!  Come for the flatbread, stay for the knowledge 🙂

What an incredibly joyful Wednesday at Tomat tonight! No brain rot to be found here, all these teams brought the rizz!  Topics of play included gen alpha slang and classic disney boos, bird varieties, and statue POVs.  The battle for first place was intense, and in the end Turbo Tomats took home the bottle and the glory!  This does, however, mark the third week with Sabre-Toothed Squirrel taking a top spot, so they are definitely a team to contend with! See you next week for another fun night!
