King Trivia is looking for your best pics in our monthly giveaway contest! Selfies, action shots, or other hilarious happenings from your local King Trivia night are all fair game. Every month we pick our favorite image and send the winner a some cool stuff!
To enter, post your photos on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and tag or mention us in your post. It’s that easy and you can enter as many times as you like.
So whip out those cameras or cell phones (between rounds) and get those photos!
How to Enter
In order to be considered for the contest, your entry must be an original photo and you must tag or mention us with @KingTrivia (on Facebook and Twitter) or @king_trivia (on Instagram). And that’s it. You are automatically entered in the contest!
Winning
Each month, we will look over the entries from the previous month and choose our favorite photo as the winner. If we choose your photo, we will send you a box of cool stuff!
Winners and prizes are chosen entirely at King Trivia’s discretion and King Trivia makes no guarantees about the content, value, or timely delivery of any prize. Additionally, King Trivia reserves the right to not award a prize or change the content of a prize for any reason and at any time.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other party, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. King Trivia is not in any way acting as the agent of Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, or any other current or future social media sites or companies.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. NOR WILL ANY PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AGED EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF CONTEST ENTRY, AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS EXIST BUT ARE DEEMED NOT TO HAVE BEEN MET. This contest is NOT open any person that assists King Trivia in its provision of this contest (including, but not limited to assisting in the determination of contest winners), nor is any family member or relative thereof.
By entering this contest, you represent and warrant that you meet all contest eligibility requirements and understand that the results of the contest, as determined by King Trivia and it’s agents, are final and binding as they relate to the content and administration of this contest.
All contest entries must fulfill all entry and eligibility requirements, as specified, to be eligible to be considered for and to win a prize. Contest entry and/or submission acceptance is not a guarantee of winning. And, entries that are incomplete or do not conform to the rules or specifications of this contest may be disqualified at King Trivia’s sole discretion. You must also provide all information requested by King Trivia. Further, if you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to violate contest rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at King Trivia’s sole discretion.
Contest winners are selected only once a month, by the last day of each month. King Trivia may select one or more winners. To be considered for a given month, entries must be submitted and received by 11:59 p.m. PST, on the last day of each month. Contest winners may be required to furnish proof of identity, address, birth date, and other information in order to receive a prize. The odds of winning may vary depending upon the number of eligible entries timely submitted. Duplicate submissions will not be considered.
All contest winners will be selected by King Trivia. Contest winners will be notified by private message on the social media platform they used to submit their entry within 30 days following the selection of a winner. King Trivia is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winners. King Trivia will not be responsible if a potential winner changes their e-mail address or other contact information after entering the contest. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time of the sending of the notification of the award, or fails to timely return any completed document, declaration, or release, or fails to provide information, as may be required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Receipt by contest winners of any prize offered in this contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THE RULES OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY ANY WINNER (AT KING TRIVIA’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT A WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS OR PRIVILEGES ACCOMPANY WINNER STATUS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Contest winners will receive a prize of with a value of no more than $100.00. The actual or appraised value of any prize may differ at time the prize is awarded. The specifics and distribution of the prize shall be determined solely by King Trivia. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part for any prizes, and the prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable. No compensation or alternative to any prize will be offered due to an inability to claim the prize or due to any delay on the part of any winner. King Trivia is not responsible if any prize is lost, stolen, damaged. No prize will be replaced. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of contest winners.
Normal time, toll, connection, and usage rates, if any, charged by your service provider or carrier may apply. You may be charged for visiting any website in accordance with the terms of your service agreement with your any service provider or carrier. Please consult with your service provider or carrier regarding your pricing plan. If your data usage exceeds what is allotted by your data plan, you could be subject to additional fees by your service provider or carrier.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for King Trivia to use the accepting winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, and shall constitute a further waiver of any and all rights under California Civil Code Section 3344, et. seq., and all rights similar thereto.
Further, by entering this contest, you understand and agree that King Trivia and anyone acting on behalf of King Trivia and its licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is lawful and/or an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s privacy, likeness, proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry is or is claimed to be unlawful and/or violates the rights of another, you will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of King Trivia, You shall, at your sole expense, indemnify, defend and hold harmless King Trivia against any claims, damages, losses, suits, liabilities, proceedings, costs or expense, which King Trivia may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such actual or suspected unlawfulness or violation of any third party’s rights.
King Trivia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest at any time, including in the event a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond King Trivia’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this contest. King Trivia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or violates contest rules, terms, and conditions. King Trivia has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of this contest, including, but no limited to, voiding any entry accomplished the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other automated or unauthorized means of entry. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should you make such attempts, King Trivia reserves the right to seek damages from you, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless King Trivia and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the contest and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries.
THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this contest, your agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California, Los Angeles County. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. any costs associated with entering this contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
