QUIZ RECAP

We finally crashed the three team barrier this week at Aioli Gourmet Burgers by hosting FOUR great teams at our weekly Thursday Trivia Night. We had a mix of regulars and first timers (for our venue) this week. The Family Feud jumped out with an early lead and held onto it with a clenched fist throughout the entire 7 rounds. The Moon Valley Players (MVP) were at a bit of a disadvantage eary on, because their team's paleantologist arrived AFTER Round 2. Not to be thwarted by the setback, by the end of the 7th round they maneuvered their way out of third place and took home the second place prize. As it turned out, all four teams were excellent at geography. So much so, the quizmaster didn't have to read any of the answers to Round 6 because all four teams aced all the questions! At the end of the evening it turned out to be a game driven by choosing when to go Double or Nothing and when to play it safe. In summary, Uniball made up of Mike Peters and Mike Griffith took home Third Place, MVP with Steve deBorhegyi, Linda Replogle, Cory Cosic and Danny Cosic securing Second Place, and The Family Feud with Elizabeth Elliott, Mickey Stern, Chloe, Evan, Merle and Jason Caplan taking first place.
