QUIZ RECAP

A quieter night on the Promenade with some technical sound issues involving the dying batteries of a microphone and a phantom sound system that decided to turn off inexplicably during Round 5 (special shoutout to manager Chuy for salvaging the cable on that one) but that would never deter our teams from duking it out in the MMA fight of knowledge and useless facts! Team regulars took the first two slots but credit where credit is due to our three brand new teams this week. The first time in a long time that newbies won the drinking round challenge in our paper airplane flying contest - that didn't really take off for many of you, sadly. But the A Team hung in there (hi Sarah's mom!) and Mr and Mrs Awesome managed to win third place by ONE point - which was a nice little wedding gift as our traveling out-of-towner lovebirds were just married TWO whole days ago. Congrats again!
