Like a Brooklyn Bros. Pizza, the finest pizzas are baked in a stone oven at 550° or higher. At these temperatures the dough is shocked and springs into a light, airy crust while taking on a lightly charred appearance.  The Oven Manager must manage the oven at all times. A perfectly cooked crust will have a smokey, crisp flavor.

 

The ingredients we use are of the highest quality. We use fresh whole milk mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, handmade sausage and fresh vegetables. Our toppings have intense flavor, so we recommend that you select only a few for your pizza so as to taste them each individually.
