Like a Brooklyn Bros. Pizza, the finest pizzas are baked in a stone oven at 550° or higher. At these temperatures the dough is shocked and springs into a light, airy crust while taking on a lightly charred appearance.  The Oven Manager must manage the oven at all times. A perfectly cooked crust will have a smokey, crisp flavor.

 

The ingredients we use are of the highest quality. We use fresh whole milk mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, handmade sausage and fresh vegetables. Our toppings have intense flavor, so we recommend that you select only a few for your pizza so as to taste them each individually.

Brooklyn Bros. Pizza had a great night. We started with just two brand new teams, Angeline and The Boulgers. Just after the first ended, the Oldies arrived and but they quickly got caught up and things proceded apace from there. As the evening went on, we gained an audience of patrons who cheered our teams on and felt the joy of having a correct answer and the sadness of not getting it right.

For most of the game, Angelines sat comfortably in first place with the Boulgers in second, and the Oldies following in the last place position. In round 6, everything changed. Confident in their answers, the Oldies went for a Double Or Nothing and it paid off! The Oldies would win the game with Angelines in Second Place, and The Boulgers in Third Place. Overall, it was a great night and fun was had by all.
