The perfect start to the week is found at Busby's West playing King Trivia, and that's exactly where you found us Monday night.

It was a normal steady game for everyone, until Round Six that I started seeing a bunch of teams spinning off, like slipping on banana peels, and others zooming past them! It was then that thanks to their successful double or nothing, tides rose, and Waves washed ashore the leaderboard in third place with 46 points. Win or Booze clinched the top three after that crazy Match Round, and finished in second place with 57 points. ilysmkinda (formally known as Shiny Charizard) swept the entire room with a head start on Rounds One and Two, snagged the prize along the way as they won the Drink Round. Although, a serving of french fries was awarded instead, at their request. Their final destination was first place with 70 points. Congratulations, and thank you for all playing!

The Jalapeño Poppers are my new favorite at Busby's. However, I am always torn at how fast I want to eat them because they really are the best when the cheese is still melted inside. Pop-pop-pop! Mmm... nom, nom, nom! See you next Monday for more King Trivia (and poppers)!
