QUIZ RECAP

On Wednesday May 22nd at College Bar & Grill, 5 teams came together to test their trivia knowledge. Our teams for the evening were P.O.O.P., Five Dollar Pitchers, Team Bippus, Thund3rC4tz, and Uncertainty Principle.

Our Round 1 general knowledge theme seemed to be a bit tricky for all our players last night. Not including the +2 points for registering their teams, the most amount of points earned this round were just 3 points to team P.O.O.P.

In Round 2, teams Thund3rC4tz and Team Bippus were able to correctly guess all of the persons on the covers of the "Who Was?" book series! At the end of the round team P.O.O.P. and team Thund3rC4tz were in a tie for first place with 12 points. In second with 10 points was Team Bippus, and in a tie for fourth with 8 points were teams Five Dollar Pitchers and Uncertainty Principle.

All of our teams earned either 4 or 3 points in Round 3. Team Bippus and Uncertainty Principle even got all of the same questions correct. By the end P.O.O.P. and Thund3rC4tz were at a tie for first place with 15 points. Shortly behind in second with 14 points was Team Bippus. In third with 12 points was Uncertainty Principle and in fourth was Five Dollar Pitchers with 11 points.

Round 4 seemed to be fairly easy for 3 of our teams, who were able to guess Ed Sheeran after just 2 clues. These teams were Thund3rC4tz, Team Bippus, and 5 Dollar Pitchers who each earned 8 points for their teams. Uncertainty Principle incorrectly guessed Kit Harrington, meaning they lost a point for their team. P.O.O.P. was able to guess Ed Sheeran after our fourth clue, earning 4 points for their team.

Two teams guessed the connection of our questions in Round 5! Those teams were P.O.O.P. and Team Bippus. P.O.O.P. even played their Double or Nothing in this round earning their team a total of 18 points! By the end of this round P.O.O.P. regained first place with a total of 37 points. In a tie for second with 29 points were Team Bippus and Thund3rC4tz. In third with 22 points were Five Dollar Pitchers. In fourth was Uncertainty Principle with 14 points.

2 teams decided to play their Double or Nothing plays in Round 6, unfortunately it did not work for either of them. These teams were Uncertainty Principle and Thund3rC4tz. Thund3rC4tz had only gotten one of their answers incorrect assuming that Community took place in New York as opposed to Colorado. Team P.O.O.P. was able to guess all of the answers correctly and Team Bippus only missed two of their answers, while Five Dollar Pitchers missed four of their answers.

We had a lot of Will Smith fans in the bar last night! Uncertainty Prinicple even got 9 out of the 10 films correct. Five Dollar Pitchers, Team Bippus, and P.O.O.P. each got 8 of the films correct while Thund3rC4tz guessed 7 of them correctly. By the end of the game we had Uncertainty Principle in fourth with 25 points. A tie for third between Five Dollar Pitchers and Thund3rC4tz with 38 points. In second was Team Bippus with 49 points and in forst place with 57 points was team P.O.O.P.
