Howdy y’all. We can’t wait to have ya come kick up your boots and stay awhile at El Tejano, Los Angeles’ ultimate Tex Mex hangout. The plan is to serve the usual suspects: enchiladas, queso, Frito Pie, in and amazing indoor/outdoor relaxed environment. And don’t forget the margaritas: frozen, on the rocks, with a beer in it for all we care. Just get here quick for great grub and a huge outdoor patio chalk full of games to play and TVs to watch.
Thursday was a fun night of quizzing at El Tejano! The patio was full of teams ready to compete for some awesome prizes. (And they were all super nice to their sub!)
It was quite a tight race for the first few rounds, but King Trivia newbies The Best Team Ever pulled ahead by 20 points with a successful double in Round 5.
The drinking round consisted of one of the most rousing games of Rock, Paper, Scissors ever played. Squire! was the ultimate champion and won a round of beers.
Then it was time for the last two rounds where The Best Team Ever tried to maintain their lead against Multiple Scorgasms and Squire! which were quickly closing in.
At the end, Multiple Scorgasms and Squire! were tied for 2nd place, with Squire! ultimately winning the rank.
