Elysian-Tangletown opened in 2003 in the south Greenlake area of Seattle. With only 80 seats, Tangletown offers an intimate, neighborhood brewery/bistro experience and feels reminiscent of European cafes. Experimental, festival and one-off specialty beers are brewed on site, some of which make it into general production and provide an exciting array of new (and favorite old) beers. The Avatar Jasmine IPA was first brewed here.
It's the most beautiful time of year in Seattle and the best time of the week at Elysian Brewery Tangletown... KING TRIVIA! We had another seven stunning rounds of brain draining trivia this week: everything from Jason Bourne and graphic novel creators to naming the top nine most consumed vegetables in the US and Netflix original TV series.
Coming out on top in first place was Captain Mike & His Privates, followed by Emilio Estevengeance in second place and Los Medranos in third place.
