SURVEY SLAM RECAP

From the brewery that once brought you a carton of eggs as a Survey Slam prize… comes the most explosive themed-night yet—Survey Slam America Edition! In the spirit of Independence Day, I risked life and liberty by venturing north of Academy Street to the Food Lion at 4:30PM, securing only the finest legal North Carolina fireworks. Fountains and sparklers, folks… that counts, right? I literally picked the one called "The Crowd Pleaser"

Big props to the Lab Rats—also known as Team Red White & Rat—for earning the hypothetical Team Spirit Award. They clawed their way into first after Round 5 and never let go, ending the night with 29 points and some patriotic pyro bragging rights.

Also, congrats to Gunny for snagging the last-place beer! As we always say, set your expectations low enough and you’ll never be disappointed—only impressed. America, baby.

Shoutout to Justin and Mike—we miss you both and can’t wait to see you back in the host chair(s). And another high-five to Justin and Fuq’n Vinyl for another awesome playlist collab! From Cypress Hill to Weezer, ELO to The Ramones, it was a red, white, and rocked-out ride. We had two songs named ‘America,’ and we even saluted with ‘American Pie’—yet somehow, we missed America the band and Grand Funk who, as we all know, are an American Band!
