QUIZ RECAP

It was a lively night of trivia on my second night at Flatstick Pub considering a Kendrick Lamar concert next door thwarted some teams’ plans to come play trivia (as well as my desire for a decent place to park, thanks Kendrick!).  Questions tonight ranged from famous Zeldas (both the video game Zelda and the wife of F. Scott) to Pixar movie villains.  Our teams all proved to be equally matched, with multiple teams finding themselves in the first place spot.  Team Lusty Lawyers were the first to find themselves with a multipoint lead after a successful double or nothing in the third round, but were overtaken by team EL in the second round.  After a successful double or nothing during round six, team EL firmly cemented their place as the front runners going into the final round.  In the end, our teams were asked about the colleges with the most Nobel laureates and the countries in Central America. 

When the dust settled, team El was able to hold onto their first place spot (and claimed a $30 gift card for their efforts) while team Betty Ford took second place (and a $20 gift card) and Plantz Partnerz took third place (as well as a $10 gift card).  Come around on Tuesdays at 7:00 for drinks, food, and trivia!
